You misunderstood what was said. Alexei did a space walk while in orbit around the earth, not the moon. According to NASA, the temperature in earth’s orbit is about 50 degrees F.

In the case of Leonov, he experienced difficulties relating to the heat and the vacuum as we would expect. His suit ballooned due to the vacuum, and he couldn’t bend his suit enough to fit inside the airlock which meant he had to depressurize his suit enough before he could fit inside, which gave him the bends. He also nearly suffered heatstroke, with his core temp raising by 1.8°C in 12 minutes, and he said that he was “up to his knees” in sweat, and that it was sloshing around in the suit. In other spacewalks, even American ones, the need to keep the workload down in order to not overload the cooling system is stressed. None of these difficulties are reported by the Apollo missions, where they can apparently hop around and do a variety of tasks without issue

Dave was merely listing the official accomplishments of the Soviet space program, based on a supposedly authoritative documentary he watched. He was not scrutinizing the Soviets accomplishments in “space” (actually, low earth orbit, which aside from the alleged Apollo moon missions is as far into “space” as any human has ever gone). They could very easily be fake as well, I don’t know and Dave seems to have no investigated that. So what you point out actually just makes it more plausible that the Soviets were also faking their space exploits at the time. In any case, pointing out one possible inconsistency, if it is indeed that, in Dave’s series certainly does not serve to discount them all.
