Sorry for your loss!! While I have been reading your dad’s stuff for years and own a copy of Programmed to Kill, I just learned tonight that he passed away!! Mainly because his site was no longer up which led me to Google him. Kind of shocked, as I really enjoyed his writing. Glad to see you’re keeping it going!!

I am very happy to see that you have restored what I feel is Dave’s best internet essay. This is important work and your father did a great job of revealing the Boston Bombing Deception for what it was.
Dave McGowan was a brave man, with a good mind and a strong heart. I would like to have met him, I would like even more for him to have survived his battle with cancer. Please accept my condolences for your loss, I hope that your pride in him as a truth teller in the face of great deception is never diminished.
Thank you for your effort. The world needs it, now more than ever.

Alissa, I’m looking forward to seeing the website of your father’s work that you’ve described. I happened across Dave’s writings about Laurel Canyon and so many other oddities with America’s past on accident, but it was one of the happier accidents of my life. I’ve been awake and aware of many truths for a long time and even though I thrive on truth and have done extensive research into such, but there were many truths of your father’s work that shocked me and sent me into heavy weeks and months of research.
I’m extremely glad to see Dave’s work means so much to you and how you feel so strongly about making sure it doesn’t become lost in the shuffle. It’s far too important and needs to be seen by every American and I’d even go so far as to say every inhabitant of Earth.

I was always entertained and informed by your fathers work, he certainly passed far too soon. His best piece, i.m.o, was on the Lincoln assassination. If that is published in book form, it’d be a game changer (but again, that goes for all his writings.)
My condolences to you and your wider family. As far as fathers go, I think you and your sisters were lottery winners. But, there are still readers and folks willing to learn out there; I don’t think he has had his last word yet !

Dear Alyssa,
I just came across your site and it is indeed heartening to know that you are so committed to continuing your father’s work. I consider WSIC to be a seminal work, and have the utmost respect for his integrity in researching this book. What is truly amazing, or perhaps intentional, is that this information remained hidden from public view for as long as it did. The Hippie movement always felt inorganic to me, given it’s total disconnect from the very real and serious issues being raised in America at that time, civil rights, Vietnam, etc.
I had the pleasure of meeting and interviewing your father, and his sincerity and dedication to the truth, both in person and in print, left an indelible impression. Indeed, his work deserves to be preserved and disseminated. Is there a documentary in the works? I hope so. I would love to be involved as a writer, researcher or VO. I am also a translator (film, plays, books), should you have any interest in publishing foreign language versions. Please let me know if you are lecturing on his work or if there are any events connected with the dissemination of his work.
