There were two separate examples of demon-like apparitions in the smoke on 9/11. One was in the immediate aftermath of the second strike, filmed by M Hezarkhani. The other, I believe, was in the smoke billowing from the North Tower, shortly before it collapsed.
They were either genuine supernatural occurrences, cleverly photoshopped simulacras, or just a trick of light and shade with no inherent significance, other than what the mind attaches to them.

The extra huge large newscaster logos dat they all started using that day, obstructed the view of what was happening. But if you pay attention you can see the smoke billowing up from down there.
